The Natural Beekeeping Trust is delighted to welcome back Roger Druitt to lead a three-part course in Colour.
The course will take place on Monday 1st October, Monday 5th November and Monday 3rd December 2012. (Please note these three sessions form a whole and attendance at all three is strongly encouraged. Also, the sessions do not involve observation of bees/hives).
We shall explore the abundance of colours and discover how they arrange themselves into certain groupings. Within these we shall discover the Colour Circle and the Grey Scale as the framework upon which all colour reveals itself, then discover the two basic colour dynamics the are the archetypal phenomenon of colour in nature. From there we learn something of the language of colour and its relationship to the soul world – the world in which bees live and communicate.
We shall share the research question: “What is the Archetypal Phenomenon of the Bee world?”
Roger Druitt is one of the foremost practitioners in the field of anthroposophical approaches to perceiving Nature and has been teaching “anthroposophically-based observation” (Goethean Science) for 25 years at the Priest Seminary of the Christian Community in Stuttgart.
